Every year, thousands of talented graduates enter Jordan's job market full of ambition but short on direction. They carry degrees, skills, and determination, yet the bridge between what they learned and what the market demands remains difficult to cross alone.

Sulook exists to build that bridge. We combine artificial intelligence with genuine human mentorship to guide early-career professionals from their first CV to their first promotion and beyond. Our platform does not replace the mentor; it amplifies them, ensuring no graduate is left navigating their career in the dark.

We believe Jordan's tech sector has the talent to compete globally. What it needs is a system that surfaces that talent, verifies it honestly, and helps employers find it. That is what Sulook is built to do.

Sulook was born from a simple observation in Amman: the gap between graduation and meaningful employment is not a skills gap alone. It is a trust gap. Employers cannot verify what candidates claim. Graduates cannot prove what they truly know. Mentors want to help but lack the tools to do so at scale.

We started by asking what it would take to create a career ecosystem where every claim is verified, every milestone is tracked, and every connection is intentional. The answer became Sulook — a platform where AI does the heavy lifting of reading CVs, setting skill challenges, and preparing interview kits, while humans provide the wisdom, context, and encouragement that no algorithm can replace.

The name Sulook means “path” and “conduct” in Arabic. We chose it because a career is both: the road you walk and how you walk it.

Graduates build a profile and can upload their CV, and AI extracts their skills and career milestones from it. They can take an adaptive skills assessment that counts toward their readiness score, and Noor, our AI career coach, is available at any time to help them plan their next steps. Each skill carries a verification tier: Self-Reported, AI Verified, or Mentor Verified — building a trust profile that grows over time.

Mentors join the platform, and graduates get mentor suggestions based on their skills and field, then send a request to the mentor they choose. Mentors verify skills in live interviews, guided by an AI-generated interview kit, and guide graduates through real milestones — not abstract advice — tracked and visible on the platform.

Companies approved by the Sulook team access a talent portal where they can search anonymised graduate profiles by skill, readiness tier, and graduation year, and reveal contact details for the candidates they choose. Every profile shows a readiness score that counts assessment results and mentor endorsements. Less guessing, and more to go on than a CV alone.
