Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Sulook platform ("Platform"), including our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sulook, operated from Amman, Jordan. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Sulook is an AI-powered career mentoring platform that connects graduates, mentors, and companies in Jordan and the MENA region. Our services include: CV parsing and career milestone extraction; mentor-mentee matching based on skills, field, language, location, availability, mentor track record, and verification trust; a three-tier verification system (Self-Reported, AI Verified, Mentor Verified); a company talent portal for discovering graduate candidates; and an AI coach (Noor) for career guidance conversations.

We strive to provide accurate and helpful services, but we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes or career results.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same individual.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform, including your CV, profile information, and career milestones. By submitting content, you grant Sulook a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Platform services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate and does not infringe on the rights of others. Content that is fraudulent, misleading, or violates any law may be removed, and your account may be suspended.

Sulook uses artificial intelligence to generate career suggestions, milestone recommendations, and verification assessments. AI-generated content is provided as guidance and should not be considered professional career advice.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or may not fully reflect your unique circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.

AI verification statuses are indicators of automated assessment and do not replace professional credential verification.

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts; interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform; scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without authorization; use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others; or reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

The Platform, including its design, features, AI models, algorithms, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is the property of Sulook and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content without our prior written consent. The Sulook name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of Sulook.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sulook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, career setbacks, or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sulook in the twelve months preceding the claim, or 100 JOD, whichever is greater.

You may delete your account at any time through the Platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to mediation.

If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through the competent courts in Amman, Jordan.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
